The Politics of Richard Wright: Perspectives on Resistance

Participate in a facilitated panel presentation and Q&A session with the co-editors of the new anthology The Politics of Richard Wright: Perspectives on Resistance. University of Connecticut professor Jane Gordon and her colleagues will discuss why 20th-century author Richard Wright, most famous for his powerful memoir, Black Boy(1945) and play Native Son(1941), is relevant today.
